Accessibility Statement

Our approach

Diversified Property Services wants people with disabilities to be able to learn about our services and contact our team. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our technical accessibility target. This is an ongoing effort, not a certification or a claim that every part of the website is fully conformant. Last reviewed: September 25, 2026.

Website features

The redesigned site uses descriptive headings, labeled form fields, keyboard-operated navigation and disclosures, visible keyboard focus, image descriptions, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion support. The quote form identifies required fields and makes email marketing optional. You can also contact us directly by telephone or email instead of using the form.

Testing and current limitations

The staging redesign is being checked with automated accessibility tests and manual keyboard and responsive-layout reviews. Automated tests cannot evaluate every accessibility requirement. A complete screen-reader and assistive-technology evaluation has not yet been completed. The company video has automatic captions, but their accuracy and the need for audio description or an equivalent accessible version still require review. Please contact us for assistance with information presented in the video. Third-party video, maps, reviews, and social services may present additional barriers; we welcome reports and can help with information about DPS.

Get help or report a barrier

Email dpsofnc@dpsofnc.com or call (919) 213-0924 to request assistance, an alternative format, or help requesting a quote. If comfortable, tell us which page or feature caused difficulty, what you were trying to do, and your preferred way for us to respond. Browser or assistive-technology details can help, but you do not need to disclose a disability or medical information to report a problem. Mailing address: 2474 Walnut St., Ste 159, Cary, NC 27518.

Continuing improvement

Accessibility needs to be considered when content, photographs, videos, forms, or website tools change. We will use reported issues and further testing to guide improvements. See our Privacy & Cookie Policy for how information submitted to DPS is handled.
