DPS website information · Reviewed September 25, 2026
About this policy
Diversified Property Services (DPS) provides landscape services throughout Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Apex, and surrounding Triangle areas in North Carolina. This policy explains information handling through our website and related inquiries. Last reviewed: September 25, 2026. This redesigned website is a staging preview; its policy is pending owner and legal review before launch.
Information you provide
Our quote form collects your name, email address, phone number, property address, property type, selected service, project message, and any optional email-marketing preference. Information you send by email or phone may also become part of your inquiry or customer record. Please do not submit payment-card details, passwords, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through the quote form.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond, discuss projects, prepare estimates, provide services, maintain business records, and protect the website from abuse. We also use contact information for marketing emails, with choices described below. Hosting, security, email, and website-support providers process information to help us operate these services. Website form submissions are stored in the website administration system and normally sent to the DPS inquiry inbox. On this staging preview, test submissions are stored but outgoing email is disabled.
Marketing emails and your choice
Requesting a quote does not require signing up for marketing emails. The redesigned form offers a separate, unchecked, optional email-marketing choice. Choosing not to subscribe does not affect your inquiry. You can ask DPS to stop marketing emails by emailing dpsofnc@dpsofnc.com; marketing emails should also provide an unsubscribe method. Messages needed to answer your request or manage an existing project are separate from marketing. This form does not request permission for automated marketing calls or marketing texts.
Advertising and information sharing
DPS is not currently running paid advertising campaigns. If we run advertising in the future, we may use Google Ads and Meta (including Facebook) to reach people who previously visited our website. This is called visitor retargeting.
If activated, these tools may use cookies or similar technologies to process identifiers, pages visited, and interactions with ads to show DPS advertisements and measure their performance. Before enabling these tools, we will review the actual setup, update these disclosures as needed, and provide any legally required consent or opt-out controls. This description of possible future use is not a statement that visitor retargeting is active today.
DPS does not sell website inquiries to other businesses for money. Advertising-related disclosures to platforms, where used, can be treated as a sale or sharing under some privacy laws even without payment. Social-profile links alone do not mean a tracking pixel is installed.
This staging preview does not load Google Analytics or advertising pixels; the production tracking configuration must be verified separately.
Technical information and cookies
Website hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, browser and device details, request times, referring pages, and access logs. Cookies or similar technologies may support security and signed-in administration. The existing production site uses Google Analytics to measure website usage; analytics is disabled on this staging preview. Analytics can process cookies, identifiers, page visits, and device information. We do not describe all cookies as essential, and optional tracking should not be enabled before applicable notice, consent, or opt-out requirements have been addressed.
Google services, video, and external links
The production quote form uses Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection; it is disabled on this preview hostname. Our company video connects to YouTube only when you select Play. At that point, YouTube may receive technical information and use storage or cookies under its policies. Google Maps, reviews, and social-profile links take you to separate services. See Google’s Privacy Policy, Google’s Terms, and Meta’s Privacy Policy. We do not control those services’ independent processing.
Your privacy choices
You can manage or remove cookies through your browser settings, which may affect some functions. Google and Meta also offer advertising preferences within their services. These settings do not necessarily stop every type of data collection. This preview does not implement a dedicated response to browser Do Not Track signals or a production advertising opt-out system. Any legally required opt-out preference signal support must be verified before production advertising tracking is enabled. Contact DPS if you have a privacy question or need help making a request.
Retention
DPS does not currently have a fixed retention schedule for website inquiries and customer records. There is therefore no promised automatic deletion date. Contact us to request review or deletion of information you provided. The handling of a request may depend on active projects, accounting or legal obligations, disputes, security needs, and copies held in backups. Establishing and applying an appropriate retention schedule is an owner-review item before launch.
Access, correction, and other requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or to stop marketing use, using the contact details below. Additional rights may depend on the laws that apply to you and DPS. We may need to verify your identity proportionately to the request and explain applicable exceptions. Please do not send sensitive identification documents unless a secure method has first been arranged.
Security and other disclosures
We use website security controls, but no website, email system, or transmission is guaranteed to be secure. Information may be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. A business transfer could involve relevant records, subject to applicable law. Our website and services are not directed to children under 13; please contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
