This website provides information about Diversified Property Services (DPS) and its landscape services throughout Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Apex, and surrounding Triangle areas in North Carolina. Last reviewed: September 25, 2026. These website terms are prepared for owner and legal review on the staging preview. They are not a signed service agreement.
Estimates and service agreements
Submitting a form does not create a service contract, reserve a date, or guarantee an estimate or availability. Project scope, pricing, scheduling, payment, changes, warranties, and cancellation terms must be set out in the applicable agreement with DPS. If website information conflicts with a signed project agreement, that agreement controls the project. This website does not take online orders or payments.
Information and project examples
We aim to keep website information accurate, but details may change or contain errors. Please confirm information material to your project with DPS. Photographs show particular projects and do not guarantee identical results at another property. Plant growth, materials, weather, site conditions, maintenance, and project scope affect results. Calculator outputs are general quantity estimates, not final orders, engineering advice, drainage designs, or a substitute for a site assessment.
